Trumbull Services to Provide Services for Dollar Thrifty

Connecticut-based Trumbull Services L.L.C. has entered into a multi-year agreement to provide their web enabled Subrosourcesm Subrogation Software to Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group.

DTG has an internal subrogation recovery operation, which consists of two locations, Toronto, Canada and Tulsa, Okla. DTG was reportedly looking for a solution designed to enhance the subrogation decision process, as well as facilitate their anticipated growth while enabling them to achieve their financial and operational objectives.

Maureen Morgan, DTG’s director, Subrogation, stated, “We selected Trumbull based on the company’s reputation and demonstrated services. As a leader in their field, our hope is that Trumbull Services will assist us in achieving our goals including helping us improve results and productivity. Implementation went very smoothly as we went live on Subrosource this month, ahead of schedule.”

Subrosource is a business solution that offers a combination of user and management tools that provide a total solution to the claim subrogation process. The software reportedly streamlines the workflow process enabling companies not only to increase their recoveries, but also reduce the time and effort involved in the process.

Trumbull hosts Subrosource, which reportedly speeds the implementation and makes the benefits available to clients in a quicker timeframe. Subrosource will provide Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group subrogation professionals with a tool to maximize their loss recovery efforts.
