Crawford & Company, a global independent provider of claims management solutions, named Steve Christensen executive general adjuster for Crawford GTS. A 28-year industry veteran, Christensen will manage claims out of Crawford’s Los Angeles office.
Christensen’s technical expertise spans several areas that include hospitality, flood, earthquake, hurricane, builders risk, wildfire, construction defect, mold, property, boiler & machinery, product liability and more. During the past 28 years, he managed claims on several million-dollar assignments, primarily in the Power and energy, building and construction, environmental risk, and media and entertainment sectors.
Christensen has several professional designations, including: Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS). He is also National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) certified; Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) certified; and earthquake certified.
