The damage is estimated at more than $100,000 in a fire early Tuesday at a greenhouse in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Hillsboro Fire says the fire was reported shortly before 2 a.m. at Peterkort Roses. The 200-foot by 200-foot greenhouse was full of roses, lilies and other flowers in various stages of growth.
The fire department tells KOIN the flowers are a total loss and engineers will have to check the structural integrity of the greenhouse.
Investigators believe the fire started in one corner of the building and ran through a thermal blanket dropping fiery debris on the flowers.
