Caliber Collision Centers, a collision repair facilities operator, announced that it has acquired nine Global Collision locations in and around the Denver, Colo., market.
“Our acquisition of Global Collision dramatically expands our penetration in this market while providing greater customer convenience throughout the Denver area,” said Steve Grimshaw, Caliber Collision Centers’ president and CEO. “This acquisition also enhances Caliber’s ability to deliver complete customer satisfaction, operational consistency and carrier cost management as we restore our Colorado customers to the rhythm of their lives.”
“This acquisition increases our Caliber Colorado locations to 13 and total locations to 157 as we continue to execute on our mission of becoming the collision repair provider of choice in every community we serve,” added Mark Sanders, chief operating officer for Caliber Collision Centers.
