    1. Why is it backdated (Jul 2011-Jul2012). And. 2. I have sold the home and why is it following me to another state??? There is a REASON I left California… Moonbeam and his cronies are just one of the reasons. Bottom line. Is it legal? Do I pay it? This really freaked me out! It wasn’t even in the escrow paperwork when we closed. I don’t know what to do about this “fee” paperwork.

When I sent in the checks. I wrote on both of them and said I protested the tax. It isn’t fair as I know some who live South of us who don’t have to pay. They lie a lot and we do have a good FIRE DEPARTMENT where we live. Where I live there isn’t any jobs as logging is all done with and Mills are shut down

REFUSE TO PAY THIS TAX! IT’S TOTAL BS! It’s designed to keep “Cal Fire” employees working, and with the Authority to tell us what to do, and them pay for them to enforce it. It’s all about $ when it comes to the “Fire hype” in California. Cal Fire is worse than Walmart. They are all about paying themselves on the backs of taxpayers.
