San Diego-based Mitchell International Inc., a provider of information, workflow and performance management solutions to the property and casualty claims and collision repair industries, announced that its Senior Vice President of Human Resources Jack Farnan, was awarded with a Lifetime Achievement Award by a local business journal. He was recognized as one of the most outstanding human resources professionals in the San Diego area.
The Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to individuals who dedicate their careers to promoting excellence in the human resources arena by creating enriching and rewarding environments through efforts that advocate and support innovative workplace initiatives.
The journal also named Farnan with the title of HR Professional of the Year in 2008 — one that he competed against 40 distinguished finalists to secure.
