The American Red Cross is offering financial aid to people in 64 Denver apartments affected by a flood after heavy thunderstorms.
The Mile High Chapter of the Red Cross says fast-moving storms Thursday left six of the apartments under 4 feet of water, and a total of 64 units were affected by high water.
One person stayed at a Red Cross shelter overnight. Others stayed with friends, family or elsewhere.
