This is throwback to the old “toxic mold” cases in the ’90’s. It’s been proven that mold does not cause significant injury. This sounds like another un-informed verdict. Maybe if the plaintiff would have invested a few hundred dollars to have the place inspected before she bought it this could have been avoided.
