Los Angeles-based Farmers Group Inc. announced it is presenting $62,000 to the La Jolla Band of Mission Indians to help rebuild after the Southern California fires of 2007.
“The La Jolla Tribe felt first-hand the ravages of the 2007 fires. Over half of the La Jolla reservation burned causing the loss of 62 homes, over half of the homes on the La Jolla Tribe’s lands,” said Farmers Executive Vice President of Field Operations Jerry Carnahan.
Farmers Group Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zurich Financial Services.
