I started to complain about the school before I even graduated. In the start of the fifth mod they asked me to leave the school and not come back. That was only after one recruiter asked me in the haul way with a potential recruit what I thought of the school and I told her if she wanted me to lie or tell the truth. We all laughed and she asked me the same question and I gave her the same answer. She did not like that very much. A few days later I was on my way out the door. Then they said I graduated anyway because I never lost any time up to that point. I made every single day even in the snow storms and ice outs I made it to class. Only to be kicked out for no reason what so ever. They just said leave I broke a rule of some kind on the list and that was it I was out.
At least they save me the time I would have wasted going to class the rest of that time. I just climbed back into a truck and back to my old job

Since a lawsuit isnt an option any longer and so many people are still paying on loans we shouldnt be i suggest another avenue. I read a comment where someone mentioned they wrote a letter to state politions, governer etc re the matter & got little response. Based on how many angry comments spread accross various sites theres a lot of people who were screwed. When it comes to any solution there is always a strength in numbers. I plan to write anyone i can think of specifically governer gregoire i ask everyone else who has an opinion to also write and ask tha our loans be discharged. She made rules so this couldnt happen to people in the future. Now its time we speak up and demand someone look out for those of us who are suffering because those laws werent passed sooner.
I hope this answers your questions. We are truly sorry if you did not
file a claim by the deadline. The funds from the settlement were
disbursed to students who had filed valid claims that were approved by
    the Court in December, 2007.

We will be happy to send you this information and some loan discharge
application information forms that may assist you with your loan
indebtedness that you may still be experiencing. There is no final
finding that BCTI committed “fraud” — the case was settled before the
trial was done. The documents we are sending do provide some
information that would have supported those claims.

I wish you success. If I can answer any questions, please do not
    hesitate to email me back
