California-based ProcessClaims, a provider of software connectivity and business process solutions for the property and casualty claims industry, has released the first CIECA certified integration adaptor that will radically enhance the ability to share processes and data across insurance carriers and their partners.
“For clients and partners of ProcessClaims this means that integration time and cost will be greatly reduced,” said Paul Farber, CEO, ProcessClaims. “For the industry overall it provides the first step to a generic CIECA protocol that has real business value.” Based on both off-the-shelf and proprietary technology, the CIECA Accelerator v1 is an integration package which contains web services and integration frameworks that are reusable for CIECA messaging with minimum or no customization.
Features of the ProcessClaims CIECA Accelerator include: all Web Services are CIECA 3.0 compliant, portable client specific data mapping, party resolution and content routing based on CIECA Partner information, alerts and message tracking by key CIECA message properties.
