The 2005 Claims Conference of Northern California (CCNC) is set for Sept. 13-14 at the Oakland Marriott Hotel.
The two-day conference and training seminars includes continuing education credits for RPA, MCLE, and Agents/Brokers. CPCUs attending will be awarded 15 points under the CPD program for CPCUs.
Ed Hochuli, a defense attorney and NFL referee, will be the keynote speaker on Sept. 13 and tackle the tremendous difference between handling the big claims and the small ones. Sessions during the conference will include those on catastrophe claims, subrogation, combatting insurance fraud, marine claims, and more.
