ProcessClaims, a provider of business process automation, vendor management and data analytics, announced that California Casualty Management Company has renewed its partnership agreement for a third time with ProcessClaims. This new three-year agreement signifies a continuation of a reported mutually beneficial relationship first established in 2000.
“When the relationship was established in 2000 ProcessClaims had a single product that filled a niche within the auto appraisal process,” said Michael Lloyd, AVP Material Damage Manager at California Casualty. “Today ProcessClaims offers a highly configurable enterprise solution that provides value to our organization and extended vendors.”
“California Casualty has been a tremendous client for us; their input over the years has assisted greatly in the evolution of our solution. Their willingness to improve processes by leveraging best in class solutions complements our ability to design and implement high value solutions,” added David Ferrara EVP ProcessClaims. “This recent renewal is extremely rewarding as it demonstrates the continuing value our solution has brought to California Casualty’s claims initiatives.”
ProcessClaims’ ClaimsPort material damage management system automates claims processing by configuring solutions to suit insurers’ specific business requirements.
The company’s business process automation focuses on areas of material damage to reduce loss adjustment expenses, increase efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction. ProcessClaims’ open platform provides seamless connectivity to all partners involved in the claims process.
