Walton Joins San Diego’s Cavignac & Associates as Account Manager for Employee Benefits Department

Janelle Walton has joined Cavignac & Associates as an account manager for the company’s Employee Benefits Department, according to Jeffrey Cavignac, principal of the San Diego-based commercial insurance brokerage firm.

In her new position, Walton is charged with servicing Cavignac & Associates Employee Benefits clientele. This involves dealing with claims and billing issues; facilitating the employee enrollment process; and acting as a liaison between the Human Relations Departments of the firm’s clients, their employees, and the insurance company.

Prior to joining Cavignac & Associates, Walton served one-and-half years as office manager for Auerbach & Gussin, a financial and insurance planning firm in San Diego.
