Grande Promoted to Claims Manager for Alternative Service Concepts

Nashville, Tennessee-based Alternative Service Concepts, a national third party claims administrator, announced the promotion of Anthony Grande to claims manager. He will be based in ASC’s Orlando, Florida office.

As a claim manager, Grande will be responsible for overall coordination of office operations including, but not limited to, client relations and ongoing oversight of claims activity and quality control.

Grande joined Alternative Service Concepts in 2009 where he had served as a claims supervisor. He began his claim adjusting career in 1989 with Kemper National in Rochester, N.Y., as a claim adjuster followed by positions with Sedgwick CMS in Michigan and Florida. He brings more than 25 years of industry service to this new role.
