Georgia Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens says his department’s consumer services division helped consumers recoup millions in settlements in the first quarter of 2014.
Commissioner Ralph Hudgens says his office has answered more than 4,000 complaints and helped consumers receive more than $2.1 million in claims settlement disputes with insurance companies.
Hudgens says specialists in the consumer services division can help with issues concerning life, health, auto and homeowners insurance.
Hudgens says the department has helped retrieve more than $32 million for consumers since he took office in 2011.
