Brentwood Services Administrators, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brentwood Services Inc., headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn., recently employed Adriene McPhatter as a senior claims representative, according to Jeff Pettus, president and chief executive officer of Brentwood Services Administrators (BSA).
Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. provides claims management and loss control services to employers and employer associations with self-insured and large deductible programs for workers’ compensation and other casualty lines.
Prior to joining BSA, McPhatter held claims adjusting positions with Companion Property and Casualty in Columbia, S.C., and INSERVE Corporation, in Charlotte, N.C. She is a licensed adjuster in Georgia and Florida. McPhatter started her claims career in 2000, and has experience handling claims in North Carolina, Florida and Georgia.
