Brentwood Services Administrators Promotes Miller To Senior Claims Adjuster

Brentwood Services Administrators, headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn., recently has promoted Suzanne Miller, of Bessemer, Ala., to the position of senior claims adjuster, according to Jeff Pettus, president and chief executive officer of BSA.

In her new position, Miller handles complex worker’s compensation claims, including investigation, negotiation and resolution.

Miller began her insurance career in 1998, and has prior adjuster, marketing and service coordinator experience for several companies located in the Birmingham area. She joined BSA in 2011 as a claims representative.

BSA provides claims management and loss control services to employers and employer associations with self-insured and large deductible programs for workers’ compensation and other casualty lines. The company also provides underwriting, policy management and accounting services to association-sponsored pools and mutual insurance companies.
