A man has pleaded guilty to stealing thousands of dollars in copper from farm irrigation pivots in Mississippi and selling it in Arkansas.
Mark Tigues, Curtis Tigues and Ernest Calvin were indicted last year.
Indictments in their cases say the men each sold more than 300 pounds of copper for scrap in Lake Village, Ark., in December 2010.
Mark Tigues pleaded guilty Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Oxford.
Curtis Tigues and Calvin were both convicted earlier.
Calvin is set for sentencing Thursday in U.S. District Court in Oxford. Curtis Tigues is set for sentencing Monday in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen.
