Apparently according to the story, the item shipped was in three different parts from three different models, never worked, and when the buyer went back to the seller it was “nope can’t help you” so the buyer filed a claim with PayPal, got his money back and still irritated with the whole thing, posted the negative review.
WELL then maybe I should go back and sue the man you left negative feedback on me over how a item was packaged. I had 100% positive feedback till he posted his negative rating. I need a lawyer, I want to sue.
Personal injury is an option under homeowners policies, and most agents don’t even mention it.
Plus, if the clock was for his business (a timeclock for the house?) it would have to go under the business liability policy, which may or may not include personal injury.
