Investigators say a fire at a vacant duplex in Tampa may be the 18th in a string of arsons that have caused more than $400,000 in property damages.
The morning fire last Wednesday occurred in the V.M. Ybor neighborhood, where there have been 14 fires in vacant or unoccupied structures and four in occupied buildings over the last year.
Tampa Fire Rescue officials say some houses were set ablaze more than once.
No one has been injured or killed in the fires.
The investigation is ongoing.
