Authorities say a teenager fell to his death from a 50-foot-tall concrete mixing tower in central Florida.
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, the 16-year-old and his friends were playing at a construction site late Monday.
Deputies say the teen climbed a 6-foot-tall locked fence to gain access to the tower. He apparently fell while trying to climb back down the tower.
It wasn’t clear how the teen lost his grip and fell. Deputies said he suffered fatal injuries.
The teen’s name was not released.
