I didn’t realize that there was a law that prohibited the use of helmets. Can someone explain to me why everything has to be forced by law?

because in Florida you cannot legally sign away the rights of a minor even when they participate in a dangerous activity – FL has equine statutes that “protect” equine professionals, sponsors

“Under Florida law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.”

People who make bad choices and let their kids do things that they themselves are not mentally capable of making the right decision themselves and process the consequences of their actions should be the ones held responsible – not anyone else –

Oh yeah, laws are there so people can sue the pants off someone when they break them instead of taking personal responsibilty for their actions…
