A Madison County, Alabama man is being held on a high bond charged with setting a string of fires.
Madison County Sheriff Blake Dorning said Monday deputies arrested 18-year-old Sean David Vinson of Hazel Green. He is charged with 11 counts of criminal mischief and 3 counts of arson.
Dorning alleges Vinson was responsible for an arson spree that started in March that caused an estimated $90,000 in damages.
The sheriff said eleven vehicles and five houses were deliberately set ablaze, including a fire at Vinson’s own residence on Sunday.
Vinson was being held in the Madison County Jail with bond set at $145,000.
