A construction worker was killed in an accident at Jacksonville, Ala. High School.
According to Calhoun County Coroner Patrick Brown, the worker died June 2 when a piece of heavy equipment overturned and landed on him.
The man’s name was withheld.
School officials said the worker was part of a crew finishing work on a site to build a junior high academy next to the high school.
Brown said the investigation would be conducted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
