Was this event just a typical day in Florida? Anyway, one of my former underwriting managers liked to make the point that “you can’t insure against stupid”.

Anybody want to help me organize a search party? She shouldn’t too hard to spot. Naked, wearing 40 grand in jewlery. Of course, it is Florida.

Being in Florida, it really doesn’t say how old she was. She may, indeed, be a little hard to find running around nekked.

So, what will be the bigger payout? For the jewelry or the personal injury claim after his wife kicked the s@#t out of him when she got home and found out that a naked maid stole $40K of her jewelry?

Does anyone actually believe this story? How many of you married folk would actually hire a nude cleaning service and think their spouse (who was not invited to be present) would not find out or would approve the hiring? Sounds like an insurance fraud scam to me.

What exactly is the purpose to hiring a maid to clean your house naked…and then you leave her alone? Kinda like a tree falling in the forest with nobody to hear it…of course the tree doesn’t rob you blind then.

He hires a naked maid, then leaves her alone to clean? Hello naked maid…..While you tidy up, I’m going out to the garage to putz around. Yeah right.

Aren’t you paying for the naked maid to watch her clean (which is kinda icky wierd if you ask me)?

My guess is hubby pawned the jewelry to pay for his little indescretions.

If he made up this story to cover his tracks, why would he have invented the naked part? That would only tick his wife off. If he just said that he hired a maid to help her out and the maid stole stuff, it would accomplish the same thing without the divorce proceedings, and maybe a couple of brownie points for “trying to help out”.
