You stated in your letter of Nov. 2007 that you were in the process of “designing and implementing a plan” to pay the claims. Are we permitted to know what this plan is after almost 2 years?

Are we just going to twist in the wind for 10 years and then be told-sorry no money for unpaid claims?

You need to share more information about what is happening!!

Our claim is now almost 2yrs. old. I was calling the office every month; but stopped because I felt it was useless. We are in our 70’s and I think its unfair to wait 10 yrs. for us to be paid. The dealer who sold us a car owns another dealership in town; his name Mr. Benny Yount.

Just found out about this whole warranty crap. Bought the warranty with my new car and now that I need a repair I find out 4 years after this bankruptcy that I just wasted 1700 of my hard earned $ and now i have to pay for my repair 100%. Maybe we should get Obama on this matter. I want my vehicle repaired or I want my $1700 back!
