    Unfortunately, you are correct.
What can we do to TRY to make a difference?
If we do not change their evil ways,
our children and grandchildren will not have a fair shot in life.
There is a lack of Honor, without
    character.
Martha Stewart whom had never had a traffic ticket, went to prison for saying NO when they asked if her stock broker phoned her. Example of what can be done if they are out to get you.
Here you have a strong successful businesswoman, that remained loyal to the end. She refused to Rat her friend out. Very Few men would have denied that phone call. She paid the price but the truth was, she remained a loyal friend and went to prison because of her loyalty.
The system wanted her, they resented her & her power so…they got her.
If I were her I would spend the rest of my money investigating the closets of the men who took her down. I bet their closets have dead bodies in there and not just skeletons.
The largest USA Industries are the ones that make the wheels turn…
Banking, Insurance have taken our money and our power too.
Without us, the taxpayers, they would be nothing.
We have the power but we don\’t use it.
We must stand UNITED, as ONE….
One Nation Under One God with your choice of religion.
If there were a reason Why God allowed Katrina…
    make us stand together, UNITED…
    FIGHT FOR JUSTICE 4 ALL.
Get out of Iraq because Charity begins at Home. We have our own problems.

We Are Americans, This is Our Land.
    Land where our Fathers Died,
Land where our Children should be Proud
THEY CAN\’T DO THIS IN AMERICA!
WE MUST FIGHT TO THE END.

    I had flood, they paid.

State Farm is refusing to pay for wind damage in MS….
    $0 Structure/Bldg.
    $0 Loss of Use
ANPAC is refusing to pay in New Orleans
Leaking Roof, Broken Windows, Walls cracking but they want FEMA to cover the damage, using water.
I have read my policy, they are cheating us. I just went with Scruggs to sue State Farm in MS, and I just sent a complaint to DOI & A/G in LA against ANPAC.
Took over 4 months to pay for my SLK Mercedes that was in my driveway.
The only people who called about the car was the salvage company ANPAC sold the car to. I told them I would not release the car until I was paid. The finally quit calling when I told them that the police put the vin in the computer and tagged the car as flooded.
I had to scream & curse the ANPAC rep for slow paying.
The bonus is the car is still in my driveway. I am going to charge them storage fees.
Trust me, it\’s the ultimate betrayal
and we still have to bay the SOB\’s when we cant live in the home and we can\’t collect wind damage claims.

i have lived on the Texas and Florida coast lines by choice, knowing full well that i could be wiped out at any moment.

insurance policies are pretty clear (at least they were clear to me). big wave comes, washes house off slab, not covered by insurance policy. need flood insurance. seems that my parents made me read the fine print so i knew the danger of living on the coasts.

are there insurance companies that will do anything they can to avoid paying a claim, sure there are. but that holds true in any line of business. be it war protesters (why is that in this thread anyway?) or widget makers who will short the product for profit.

the fact is, READ YOUR POLICY>>>I DO.

    Hey State Farm..

Adios, Good bye, See Ya, AMF….

Lets\’s try to become Self Insured.
Can\’t loose anymore than we did being insured with State Farm.

Please think of the consequence of what your asking. Whatever happens to State Farm, the entire insurance industry is watching. If no one can buy insurance, then no one will be able to get a mortgage. I am from Florida, and there are parts of Florida where NO insurance company is covering for wind damages. Florida had to create Citizens Property Insurance. It is a state run insurance. Where premiums for wind is 4x to 6x greater than homeowners insurance. You don\’t want that for your state.

NEW ORLEANS — An Orleans Parish Civil District Judge cancels court to accommodate the NFC Championship on Sunday.

Judge Ernest L. Jones signed off on a defense motion to delay the trial for two days \”in order to accommodate all fans, including the great majority of the jury pool, the parties involved in this case and the counsel involved in this case.\”

Whether the Saints win or lose Sunday afternoon at Chicago\’s Soldier Field, a full complement of potential jurors might not show up for duty if the trial went ahead on Monday.

In the asbestos-related case, the plaintiffs are seeking damages from a list of defendants that includes six companies, one of them Avondale Industries.

WE ARE AMERICA! STAND UP FOR EACH OTHER

    JUST DO…WHAT IS RIGHT!

    FEMA can sell 1 Policy
that includes any and all damage resulting from a natural disaster & without exclustions.

Homeowners will have 100% protection without one calculating exclusion.

Guaranteed to be paid by our own USA.

If America can afford to spend

    $2 Billion/Week in Iraq… then

We best be able to afford to

    keep our homes.

This is what our men died for.

Liberty & Justice for Americans First

All = We, The People of the USA

Step Up & Stand Up for One Another!

I SAY…TAKE THE BUSINESS AWAY FROM THEM.
We Will Not Be Held Hostage!

ASK YOURSELF: WHAT COULD POSSIBLY DAMAGE YOUR HOME, check the policy.

I REFUSE TO BE HELD HOSTAGE BY ANYONE!

Since I was a child, My brother started blackmailing me.
I got so mad, that I told on myself.
He got the same punishment as I did.

What will we be loosing? What do you fear?
We will save money & have better coverage.
FEMA does not want to profit or trick us out of one dollar.
They paid 100%, without 1 denied claim

We need change before another Katrina…

My Fellow Americans…I don\’t have much longer to live on this great land.

I am trying to help you & I to pave the way for our future generations. May they learn from out mistakes. May they become stronger & wiser.

Families are in trouble. We need to do something while we are still alive.

Perhaps going back to the original plan.
The way we were taught to live…
    with the original 10.

    10 Commandments that is.
    All Instructions left from God.

    How to treat your neighbor.

Ironic he already etched the good neighbors in stone.

It\’s not about religion, or politics.

It\’s about the spirit of the American

    People.

Bring back Honor & Pride, then send the rest to Iraq.

    Charity…begins at home…

We need a new policy that covers all the exclusions that our good neighbors won\’t.

    Self Insured: City/State

    FEMA: Sell Hurricane Insurance
    Including Wind & Water

We need a change before another Katrina.
I will not be able to survive the aftermath again.

    God Bless America!
    He\’s Mad too.
