\”Bear\”, assuming that you are responding to my post, I simultaneously welcome and take exception to your comments. I will not dispute whether Bill Poe Jr. was a qualified, certified, or licensed adjuster. I never said he was a licensed adjuster. The fact remains that he alone visited my home in the capacity usually filled by a proper adjuster. I will not dispute that Poe Financial was short-handed or over-whelmed. It is now a matter of record that the Poe family succumbed to their own greed by taking more policies off the state rolls than they should have. The first rule of underwriting is \”spread the risk\”. Bill Poe Sr. is guilty of ignoring that. You think I need you to tell me that if Bill Poe Jr. was handling my claim that I \”Do have a problem\”? You\’re pretty sharp, Captain Obvious. So, according to you, my commments should be dismissed because… you aren\’t buying it??? You think I made this all up??? Go ask your hero if he ever went out and acted as an adjuster. If he denies it, he is a liar, and I have written proof. But that\’s not the entire story. Bill Poe Jr. was also extremely rude, arrogant, combative and incompetent. Proof of his incompetence was undeniably achieved when Poe hired an independant adjuster, in a foolish attempt to bolster their offensive and unqualified position. The independant adjuster immediately increased the claim amount by a multiple of 6. If you are saying that Bill Poe Jr. should never have been out in the field pretending to be an adjuster, then you are correct. If you are saying that he never did that, you are making yourself look like a bigger fool than he. I also know too many people that were screwed by Poe after those storms in \’04 to think mine was an isolated incident. You may have acted professionally, and I sincerely hope you did. That does not mean that any of what I have stated is any less true. I use my real name in this forum because I have nothing to hide. I have more respect for Louis than you.
