The water was not present so it\’s impossible for the surge to be present
in the beginning when Katrina winds blew roof tops off & blew trees down.
You can see the green grass in the video evidence. The only water was rain.
    Do they exclude rain too?

    Yes!
But when I called my agent to make a claim,
he said my flood was not paid.
My records show a confirmed fax to my agent telling him to do the bank draft, the same as my Homeowners Ins.
He said my policy was not cancelled. It was not paid. I was told to sue his E & 0 but I don\’t have time to sue anyone right now.
Yes, I had flood in New Orleans too.
    $130,000 bldg + $30,000 Contents.
After Katrina, I called my NO Agent to buy the max flood…
The added flood premium cost $200.00 per year.
However, My Homeowners has $300,000 liability etc and Premiums cost much more than flood. Another law suit against E & 0.
