Atlanta-based Crawford & Company announced that Kerwin Williams, vice president of Business and Product Development, Risk Management Services, has been awarded the 2005 Partnership
Award from The Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC).
DMEC is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1992 to advance the development of integrated disability management processes in all disability-related employer programs.
Williams received the Partnership Award in recognition of his support of and dedication to the DMEC. The award was presented to Williams during the 2005 National Disability and Absence Management Conference in Orlando, Fla. Williams spoke at the conference on the challenges facing working caregivers.
Williams joined Crawford & Company in 2004. He was formerly the principal of K.A. Williams and Associates, a California-based
consulting firm that provided operational, sales, and asset-lending services to a number of claims management and managed care firms.
