My reading of the adminsitrators web site indicates that all monies including any unassigned esrow money is in the possesion of the receiver. I have read this on the receiver’s site and on admin@mbcfraud.com. it is noted on these sites tht the receiver and the major party’s agreed to seperate the escrow monies from all the other issues and decide that “issue” without first deciding all the other issues. This infomaiton was confirmed to me on the telephone by receiver office. The US District Court for the Southern District of Florida appointed a Receiver to handle the business operations of the company. Any person who has a Mutual Benefits viatical settlement investment should contact the Receiver either at its website: http://www.mbcreceiver.com or the hotline at: 1-877-267-1351.

You should also contact your state securities regulator in Ohio.

What can we victims of these crooks do? Is there a chance of recovering anything? Is there a phone number?

I would be happy to know about any updates
regarding our investment in MBC, especially information on recovery of funds or if all looks like a total loss.

Advice on what we investors should and can
do. Wait! Hire a lawyer! Other suggestiions! Thanks.

Is the mbcreceiver site still up? I can not find it tonight. I have searched it several times in the past and gotten updates.

I have seen that there are class action suits against MBC. I believe a class action suit is filed for all investors benefit. There may still be hope of recovering something, but what and how long is the question.

Has anyone received any acknowledgement from the MBC Received to correspondance? I’ve repeatedly sent details of my investments, etc, (as suggested on the website) but have had nothing in response.

I sent a registered letter to the receiver and did get a response: My policy (investment) exists, they have it and the premiums are being paid. FURTHER, I WAS TOLD THAT AT THIS TIME NO OTHER INFORMATION COULD OR WOULD BE RELEASED UNTIL ORDERED BY THE COURT.
