Claims Control Chooses Visibility’s Collaborative Litigation

Visibillity, Inc., a collaborative litigation management solution provider for the insurance industry, announced that Claims Control, Inc. (CCI), a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based full-service claims adjusting firm, has selected Visibillity’s Collaborative Litigation Management Solution. The implementation is scheduled for completion at the end of this year.

Visibillity’s solution will reportedly enable CCI to effectively manage the costs associated with litigated files and free up valuable claims and legal expert time. Time currently spent on manual legal invoice review will be reinvested in CCI’s value-added claims management and delivery services. By enhancing the invoice review process with the Visibillity solution, CCI reportedly anticipates a significant reduction in litigation costs, translating to an attractive value proposition for CCI’s insurer clients.

According to John Center, CCI’s vice president of Claims, “Today, our valuable claims and legal experts are spending an inordinate amount of time reviewing legal invoices – time that would be better spent managing the claims process for improved outcomes.
