Police say four children have been hospitalized after falling from atop a moving car following a swim trip to a North Texas community pool.
Crowley police say two mothers face charges after letting six children ride on the hood and trunk because their clothes were still wet.
Crowley jail records show the driver, 39-year-old Kisha Young, was being held Thursday on an intoxication assault charge. Officials didn’t immediately release information on bond or an attorney for Young. Details on charges against the second woman weren’t released.
Police say one child who fell Tuesday night suffered a serious head injury. Three other youngsters have lesser injuries. Their names and further details weren’t immediately released.
A message left with police in Crowley, 10 miles south of Fort Worth, wasn’t immediately returned Thursday.
