An adult and two teenagers suspected in at least 36 burglaries in one Baton Rouge, La., neighborhood are in custody.
The East Baton Rouge Parish sheriff’s office said Monday that 20-year-old Kevin Robertson, a 17-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy each face multiple counts of theft and burglary. Each is from Baton Rouge.
All of the burglaries occurred in the city’s Gardere area from October through January. The three allegedly robbed various residences in the Westhaven, Springlake and Old Hermitage subdivisions during the three month period stealing electronics, jewelry and guns.
Detectives gathered evidence left at the scenes and were able to link the three to the burglaries.
More than $100,000 worth of stolen goods was recovered.
