York Risk Services Group, provider of a full range of claims administration and risk management services, announced it has acquired Austin, TX-based JI Companies. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The JI Companies acquisition is a continuation of York’s commitment in the public entity market. Including JI Companies’ clients, York provides services to approximately 4,000 public entity clients nationwide.
JI Companies provides workers’ compensation, liability, property and nonsubscriber claims/risk management services, as well as pool administration to more than 480 public and private self-insured entities in Texas, Oklahoma and Nebraska, with a particular focus on public entities.
All of JI Companies’ employees will be joining York, including its management team, led by Francis Fey, JI’s president and CEO.
