State troopers have arrested a Franklinton woman on allegations that she bilked an insurance company through an injury claim.
The state police insurance fraud unit says 43-year-old Hollis Kagler claimed to have injured her back while moving furniture. Investigators allege fradulent hospital invoices of about $57,000 were submitted to the National Teachers Associates Life Insurance Co.
Kagler has been booked with one count of insurance fraud. It couldn’t be determined if she has an attorney.
