I don’t follow this at all…the only thing being discussed is whether or not CHILDREN should operate ATVs. It really takes some maturity to appreciate danger, a some adults do not reach that point and are taken out of the gene pool. If a parent thinks that ATVs are not dangerous and their kids ends up getting hurt, I don’t want to see any lawsuits against the manufacturer or the dealer or some other attempt at a big pocket payout, that’s all. As for my kids, they can ride an ATV when they are adults in their own right; as long as I am responsible for them, supporting them and paying their bills, they can ride bicycles instead….
