The Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers’ Compensation (TDI) will hold a public hearing on Oct. 29, 2007, in the Tippy Foster Room at 7551 Metro Center Drive, Suite 100 in Austin.
The public hearing will begin at 1 p.m. and TDI will take testimony on the following rule:
CHAPTER 180 – Monitoring and Enforcement Subchapter A – General Rules for Enforcement
§180.19 Performance Based Oversight Incentives (New)
The proposed rule was published in the Texas Register on September 28, 2007, and may be viewed on the TDI Web site at http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/wc/rules/proposedrules/toc.html.
The comment period for this rule will close on Oct. 29, 2007 at 5p.m.
