Texas Workers’ Comp Division Publishes Plan to Implement Reforms

The Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) announced it has published a Strategic Management Plan to define how the DWC will be organized and carry out reforms of the workers’ compensation system under House Bill 7 and other statutory requirements.

The Strategic Management Plan is posted on the agency Web site at: http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/reports/dwc/documents/dwctstratplan.pdf.
