The Workers’ Compensation Act and Commission Rulebook Supplement 2005-02 of workers’ compensation rules is available online from the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission.
The rulebook can be updated by printing the 2005-02 Rules from the Commission’s Web site at www.twcc.state.tx.us under “Rules.”
