Analysis Group, an economic and strategy firm, announced that Keith Ugone joined its new Dallas office as a managing principal.
Ugone specializes in applying economic principles to complex business disputes, including damages-related analyses in litigation matters. Previously a partner in the Financial Advisory Services (Dispute Analysis and Investigations) practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, he has testified at more than 100 trials and depositions. His extensive experience encompasses antitrust, securities/10b-5, intellectual property, and breach of contract matters, among others.
As an economist, Ugone has worked across multiple industries, including insurance, securities, airlines, biotechnology, computer software, information technology, consumer goods, banking, real estate, entertainment, health care, and energy.
In addition to his extensive damages-related analyses, he also has conducted economic impact assessments, cost/benefit and risk assessments, and undertaken multiple fraud and criminal-related engagements involving alleged embezzlement, Medicare fraud, and overcharge damages.
