Gallagher Bassett Names Caruana Vice President of AI Solutions

Gallagher Bassett named Frank Caruana vice president of AI solutions.

Caruana will help shape a faster pace of innovation, clearer accountability and stronger platform to deliver a better client experience, the company says.

AI Solutions is a new organization within Gallagher Basset Digital, with the mission of translating the power of AI to transform the client experience, reshape each of Gallagher Bassett’s business lines and open new avenues for growth.

Before joining Gallagher Bassett, Caruana led claims automation, fraud and transformation for Allianz Partners. Prior to that, he spent several years at GEICO leading claims technology transformation.
