Liberty Names Howell Head of Claims, UK and Mena

Liberty Specialty Markets named Sarah Howell head of claims for the U.K. and the Middle East and North Africa region.

Howell will report to Mike Gillett, chief claims officer, Liberty International Insurance, and Luis Prato, president, U.K. and MENA. She succeeds Scott Kellers, who left the business in April.

Howell will lead the claims function across the U.K. and MENA region.

Howell has more than 11 years of experience at Liberty across two periods of service. She most recently served as head of first party claims.
