Enlyte Names Higdon Customer and Marketing Operations President

Enlyte named Keith Higdon customer market and operations president, replacing Nina Smith.

Jones stepped down from her daily operational duties to serve as the company’s first-ever vice chairman.

Higdon has been working with leadership throughout the last year leading up to the change.

Higdon has been in the property/casualty insurance industry for 30 years. Before working with Enlyte, he was CEO of Mission Underwriters LLC, and president of ESIS Inc.

Smith served as customer market and operations president since 2022 and has worked with Enlyte for 17 years. As vice chairman, she will focus on senior client relations and advising and mentoring the executives.

Enlyte is a P/C insurance services company that serves more than 2,000 entities, providing technology, clinical and network services that supports auto, workers’ compensation and disability claims.
