Simplifai Names Kasteel Board Chairman

Simplifai named Ronald Kasteel its chairman of the board.

Kasteel will be responsible for global growth strategy, board governance and industry partnership.

He has experience in operational leadership roles, including serving as group CEO of Ordina. He also co-founded Keylane, a provider of insurance and pension platforms in Europe.

He currently serves as operating partner for Corsair Capital, a private equity firm focused on financial services. He has chaired the boards of numerous insurance technology companies.

Simplifai is a provider of agentic artificial intelligence for insurance claims across Europe and North America.
