Sedgwick Names Padmanabhan Chief Transformation Officer

Sedgwick named Vishy Padmanabhan chief transformation officer.

Padmanabhan will manage digital, data and enterprise process initiatives across the company. He will report to CEO Michael Arbour.

Padmanabhan has more than two decades of experience leading transformation efforts across banking, insurance technology and manufacturing sectors.

He previously held roles at Wells Fargo and Bain & Company, where he focused on banking, insurance technology and manufacturing.

Sedgwick is a risk and claims administrator with more than 33,000 employees worldwide.
