Xceedance named Gavin Lillywhite senior vice president, operating leader for the U.K. and Europe.

Lillywhite will lead operations across the U.K. and Europe.

Lillywhite has more than 30 years of international experience. He most recently held senior leadership roles focused on underwriting, client distribution and broking. He has also worked with regulatory, private and governmental stakeholders throughout his career.
