Husband and wife team Ralph and Paola Rivera will own and operate the new franchise location. They have 25 years of experience in appraisals and body shop estimating.

The Doan Group provides nationwide vehicle, specialty, and property appraisal and adjusting services to the insurance industry. The company is headquartered in Covington, Georgia.
