CLARA Analytics named Robin Spaulding chief insurance officer and Greg Toll vice president of sales for self-insured.
Spaulding will advise clients on best practices, while Toll will play a lead role in executing CLARA’s growth strategy in the self-insured segment.
Spaulding worked at multiple carriers and TPAs along with a managed care organization before becoming divisional vice president of claims at Great American Insurance Co. She later served as an insurance consultant. Most recently, Spaulding was global head of claims for Capgemini’s insurance practice in the financial services division.


Toll joined CLARA after serving as senior vice president at Marsh. Prior to Marsh, Toll held senior leadership positions at Broadspire and York Risk. He also was vice president of carrier relations at CorVel Corporation. Toll began his career at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a claims adjuster before becoming a claims manager at United Heartland.
CLARA is an AI as a service (AIaaS) provider of casualty claims outcomes for insurance carriers, MGAs, reinsurers and self-insured organizations. CLARA is headquartered in California’s Silicon Valley.
